By booking and/or utilizing this exclusive offer ("Offer"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:
   • This Offer is exclusively available to verified owners of a Cadillac vehicle registered in Canada ("Eligible Cadillac Owner").
   • Eligibility requires proof of offer email distributed by Cadillac Canada. This will be confirmed at check-in via presentation of valid vehicle registration and a matching Canadian government-issued photo identification email with registered guess full name and email.
   • Failure to provide satisfactory proof of current Cadillac Canada vehicle ownership at check-in will result in the forfeiture of all Offer benefits, and the booking will be repriced at the hotel's Best Available Rate (BAR) for the entire stay.
2. Offer Details & Inclusions:
   • Booking Rate: Reservations must be made at the Best Available Rate (BAR) as determined by the participating Fairmont hotel.
   • Occupancy: Offer pricing is based on double occupancy. Additional charges may apply for extra guests.
   • Early Check-in: Complimentary early check-in is subject to availability at the time of check-in.
   • Room Upgrade: Complimentary room upgrade is subject to availability at the time of check-in. Upgrades are typically to the next available room category, as determined by the hotel.
   • Daily Breakfast: Complimentary daily breakfast for two (2) adults.
   • Food & Beverage Credit: Credit is applied per stay, non-transferable, has no cash value if not fully utilized, and cannot be applied to room rate, taxes, or gratuities unless otherwise specified by the hotel.
   • Late Check-out: Complimentary late check-out is subject to availability at the time of check-in.
   • Complimentary EV Cadillac Parking: Complimentary valet or self-parking for one (1) Cadillac EV vehicle. Charging may or may not be included, depending on hotel facilities. Please inquire with the hotel directly.
3. Loyalty Points & Program:
   • 500 ALL Accor Bonus Reward Points: A bonus of five hundred (500) ALL Accor Live Limitless Reward points will be awarded for eligible stays after the first stay on the offer. All other stays on this offer will earn the standard number of Reward points.
   • New ALL Members Only: This 500 ALL bonus points offer is exclusively for new ALL members who sign up for the program during their initial booking or at check-in in conjunction with this Offer. Existing ALL members are not eligible for this specific 500 bonus point component.
   • ALL Program terms and conditions apply.
4. Offer Conditions:
   • This Offer is non-transferable and may only be utilized by the Eligible Cadillac Owner who made the reservation and is present at check-in for the duration of the stay.
   • The Offer code (if applicable) is strictly for the Eligible Cadillac Owner.
   • The Offer is subject to change without notice and may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or loyalty program benefits unless explicitly stated.
   • Blackout dates and minimum stay requirements may apply and are subject to the participating hotel's discretion.
   • Fairmont reserves the right to cancel or modify this Offer at any time.
5. Participating Hotels: This Offer is valid at participating Fairmont Hotels & Resorts properties in Canada. Please refer to the specific offer details on Fairmont.com for a list of participating properties.
6. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province where the participating hotel is located and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
