I got bad experience with room services while I ordered food, it took long time and not come complete. I faced this multiple times without any fixing of this issue

I took this stay for my grandparents who are both in wheelchair. We had the worst experience staying there with so many complaints and the guest service team could not do anything to fix our issues. There were room service coming to the room at night to fix broken sofa bed and making noise and not providing solution. The fridge in the room was damaged and it would put alarm on through out the night and we had to get up and turn it off every time disturbing my grandparents when complained the maintained guy said just turn it off every time it rings and did not do anything to fix the situation. The toilet was not clean when we checked in and my grandfather almost slipped. We were constantly disturbed and 4 days I stayed there the team there did not do anything to improve our stay or change the room as requested by me multiple times. It was the most inconvenient uncomfortable stay I have experienced ever I will never ever recommend to anyone especially if you are traveling with your old parents.

Was a good stay from the booking tell the check out
Rooms are modern, well appointed furnishings and staff was very helpful with room service. However staff in reception are not very warm or overly helpful. The food is over salted and our experience at their new restaurant Aja was not the best. It was a luxurious stay overall.
I had to call service desk due to leaking water min bathroom and work continued till 4:00 AM Was unable to move to another room and we were jetlgged coming from USA so I am not very happy with the room condition
