Exceptional Customer service and off the grid location!
Exceptional and courteous service by every single team member we had the pleasure to interact with. From the moment we disembarked the plane to the point we boarded our return flight, we were taken care of most professionally and courteously.
As soon as we arrived at the resort, our Villa host (Ninni) ensured we were set up for a relaxing holiday. Steven, the manager, was exceptionally polite and ensured he interacted with every guest; what a fantastic ambassador for Canadian values and Fairmont! Zee at the Azure restaurant was warm and welcoming and confirmed that our culinary experience was as best as possible. Ajjet was so warm and welcoming every time he saw us at the Raha Market, and Pankaj’s French toast at the breakfast was divine! Azam ensured that our villa was in pristine condition when we returned and the level of cleanliness was top-notch!
Martin (Yoga Instructor) was so polite and friendly, although I missed his subsequent sessions! KK alluded to his passion for wellbeing and one of his projects. He took time to show us around and even explained the rules of playing ‘Darts, although my wife seemed to be a secret champion as she kept beating me, the final tally, four times in a row! She even won the ‘Crab Race! What a fantastic time we had!
Neus at the sustainability lab showcased the exceptional work the team are doing to recycle plastic and support the rehabilitation of the wildlife abundant in the local reef, especially the gorgeous turtles, in collaboration with ‘The Oliver Ridley Project’. What she did next was to reassure us about venturing out of our comfort zone and considering snorkelling, which, after a day or two of reflection, we did, and OMG, was that an experience and a half! I am incredibly proud of my wife for doing something like this, and if it was not for Neus, we would have never explored and appreciated the fantastic wildlife and got to see Poppi. We then reminisced about the experience with David back at the sustainability lab. We were also given the complimentary video footage, and now my Instagram account is flush with videos of sea life!
Overall, we were treated like a VVIP and didn't want to return home! Followimng tema member stood out for their professional and courteous service, Thank you Thank you Tank you!
