Incredible location, incredible villa, incredible support team, incredible food!

Our trip was to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and was absolutely perfect. The resort grounds and beaches were impeccable. The sunrise over the water villa was exceptionally clean and comfortable. All of the meals were incredibly well plated and delicious - consistent to what one would expect from a fine dining experience. All of the workers at the resort went out of their way to make sure we were having a memorable time and delivered on a 5 star expectation. One team member - Nuishaan, really went out of his way to look after us, we definitely felt pampered during the entire time of our stay.

Great Experience

We loved everything about the arrangements and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The food for breakfast was great, lunch and dinner it was decent. We lived the activities and the water villa was spotless and very clean. Would definitely recommend people to chose this resort.

Relaxing stay

It was a very good and relaxing trip. From the airport to the resort and until our departure also we were taken care of well and so grateful and appreciated. The service was great overall, and the property was well kept, I like the vibe of the island very much because I felt like it's more towards families and relaxation rather than loud entertainment which was very refreshing to see and experience. Our butler Mr Hassan, Ms Zee at Azure restaurant plus everyone took very good care of us. It was a pre birthday trip for my mom so she was very happy too :)

HONEYMOON Beautiful property, but communication and service was poor

We came to the Fairmont for our honeymoon. The property was beautiful, but the communication and service was poor. We were not notified of our seaplane until 6 hours prior to departure to the Fairmont. We did not get an airport transfer with the Polestar car. Our room was on a jetty (later that was adjusted). Bikes had flat tires. We made reservations for dinner for the first night and were told that it was not available even though we had a confirmation weeks prior. They tried to give us in room dining, however we had to negotiate on what to get to eat even though our host said order anything and no problem, he later came back saying he couldn't do it. There were many other issues, the first day was beyond stressful. I really expected higher service quality with the Fairmont.

  • Our Solar Sea project will produce up to 2MW of solar energy, sufficient to operate from 7am – 9pm.
