All good the only thing is I forgot my iPhone charger in the room and I left I’m calling I’m trying to tell them that kept o will pass to take it or send someone to take it but no one picking up the phone and still now my charger is there I still remember the room 213 I booked for two night but I canceled one night because of work but I’m busy I don’t have time to come and collect it that’s why I’m. Calling them to hand it over to someone I will send but no answer

Great stay

We had an excellent recent weeks stay at the Fairmont on the Palm.. the room was lovely and the staff were amazing and very attentive. We had a half-board deal and we could not fault any of the restaurants at all.. the food was lovely.

Ok stay

This our second visit in two years first time perfect but our stay on this occasion was below average. Gold floor has cut down its facilities but cut down too far drinks very limited food limited if you want fried eggs wait 30 mins as it comes from the flow resturant 9 floor down. Sometimes have to wait 45min for a drink and the drinks are only served for two hours.

Amazing first class stay

Wonderful stay which was first class. From service to food to location to the rooms etc. everything about our stay there was outstanding. The staff at the Fairmont were so helpful and friendly. A big Shout out to Dani the operations manager who made us feel very welcome and went out of his way to ensure we had the best time, he even took time out of his free time to stop and chat to us and make sure we were ok. He was genuinely interested and a lovely man. A pure gentleman who does an amazing job ensuring the hotel runs smoothly. Well done Dani on a great job. To Jamal and Krilda from Flow Kitchen. Their service in the restaurant was impeccable and first class. Nothing was too much trouble and the little surprises from them on a birthday & anniversary occasion made it all the more special - even the gorgeous Bon Voyage treat from Jamal was so thoughtful. For days around the Pool we had the service of Naveen who was very friendly and helpful and a nice guy to chat with. The rooms were very roomy and the beds were the most comfortable ever. The room service was always impeccable and the rooms immaculate. Brilliant 5 star service all around.
