Olivier Perret

As a young boy, Olivier Perret would spend the majority of his time at farmers' markets where he quickly discovered a passion for local and seasonal products. At the age of 21, he decides to pursue a culinary training and after a few years of hard work in various restaurants, Olivier leaves France and follows his passion for travel. After landing in Montreal, he works for several French restaurants and in 2002, participates in the opening of the Renoir restaurant at the Sofitel.  In 2007, Olivier leaves Quebec to work with other Sofitel properties but returns to the Renoir in 2011. Tasty, colorful and healthy dishes are what Olivier proposes to his guests and since his return, the restaurant has won two Toques at Gault Millau and received an excellent score for a hotel restaurant.
