If you want the treat of your life just book this hotel you will not be disappointed. The rooms , staff, and food was on point. A perfect stay which I certainly will never forget 😊
Our Suite was perfectly located with a nice balcony and fantastic view. The best experience was the warm and friendly service from our Butler Ms Shrishti Sharma. Dinner at the Savoy Grill, the Afternoon Tea and the Breakfast at the Thames Foyer were most enjoyable experiences. The doormen, especially Tony, were most kind and helpful. The River Restaurant and the transport from Heathrow with the RR did not, however, quite meet our expectations. The help given by your staff after my wife's accident at the Spa could have come a little faster.
We had two rooms; one was a Jr Suite with great views and the other was supposed to have great views. When we checked into the non suite view room it was in the 5th floor and had an awesome river view. Our son and granddaughter were told they were being upgraded to a 9th floor room with a view. When they arrived at the "upgraded" room the baggage arrived and they tipped the guys and closed the door. At that point they realized they had zero view except a wall and an alley (room 559 versus 959). Our granddaughter was so upset with the room she moved in with us. The front desk person who "upgraded" the room was asked if there was a chance to move and he said there was not.
I was completely overwhelmed with your staff. They were impressive, went above & beyond & with perfect manners. I have traveled the world and have stayed in many exceptional hotels. Yours is definitely on top of the list. The staff is everything. One suggestion, replace or wash or freshen pillows. The rest was wonderful
We had a four night stay with 6 guests across 4 rooms. It is the single best overall experience we have had at any high end hotel or resort across the world. People, service, accommodations and location were flawless.

Romantic, grandiose experience - it feels like being part of a piece of history. We loved it. Only challenge is the rooms are a bit dated, architecturally it must be a nightmare to refresh them to have a more modern flow. But the outstanding service and personnel make up for the challenge.
