From the moment of arrival to time of departure, everything was perfect. The staff anticipated my needs and I wouldn’t change a thing. The bed was perfect and soundproofing exceptional.

Ate every dinner while at your fantastic hotel.
Having not stayed at savoy for a few years I had forgotten how good the whole experience was from check in to check out. Hotel is still only a building it’s the staff people that make the difference.. amazing
A perfectly luxurious stay - comfortable and relaxing with every need catered for. Service and hospitality was excellent. Everything spotless and high quality which is what you would expect from such an establishment.
Experience was amazing, the staff from the valet through to reception and house keeping were outstanding! They made our weekend very special!
Everything was in a satisfactory level. The breakfast was a bit less cared. Other that that room was same, service was excellent.

We were celebrating the anniversary of our partnership and friendship. We paid to upgrade our rooms however we were surprised by the fact that despite the upgrade; i) room 723 - the door would not properly close to the bedroom ii) the toiletries were fixed to the wall as if we were in a motel iii) room 723 - the shower leaked badly and flooded the floor Whilst the food in The Grill was enjoyable, one of our guests did not have a large appetite as was not well, and the waiter queried whether if it was because 'she had eaten too much bread' (which she had not). It felt that whilst the Grill was part of the hotel, the service in The Grill did not reflect the high level of service in the actual hotel and catered more for outside guests and the attitude was a little disparaging.
So good we have rebooked for may
