Overall a good stay, always enjoyable and the attentive customer service is always appreciated.
One night stay with my wife to celebrate her birthday. The service, was exceptional. The hotel full of history and character. Best hotel I have stayed in.
I had an amazing stay during my business trip. The service is better than any hotel I've ever stayed at, and I stay at a lot of hotels. I always look forward to my time at the Savoy.

Very good everything was wonderful
We stayed 3 nights on an arrangement which included breakfast. Our room and the hotel overall had an art deco feel which added to the classical ambiance. Staff were without exception welcoming and professional. Food and Service very good. It hardly seems appropriate to raise problems here but this system has character limitation in later fields. So - we booked directly with the hotel and had our gift vouchers assigned for the booking. However the hotel required a credit card number to be provided over the phone. We were in western Canada at the time 8 hours behind, ( what hours does the booking team keep at the Hotel - this was unclear) I raised this as a problem by email and was asked to give a date and time and number when a member of the booking team would ring me - excellent. But the designated time came - no call, I emailed - what is happening - no reply. 2 days later I finally received a call as I was dashing out. Asking for the number - finally given. Does it have to be so difficult? Finally, minor niggle - during breakfast staff were busy serving and clearing tables as normal - no problem, however this room is also used for afternoon teas so adjacent tables were being set up table linen thrown on chairs until used etc . It really made us uncomfortable that we were “ in the way” as we finished our breakfast - and felt we should leave where otherwise a final relaxed coffee would have been enjoyed. Couldn’t they have waited till we left?

From the moment we arrived to the day we had to leave was a first class experience. The staff were so helpful. The restaurant was superb and our room we could not fault. The attention to detail was amazing. Our breakfast was beautiful. We booked tickets for the savoy theatre and the theatre was lovely and the seating was great.
Nice staff, nice place, overall really nice place.
