The perfect London stay!

Stunning location with rooms that made us take second, third and fourth looks! A beyond wonderful customer service experience with a number of members of staff, specifically Rosaline from the breakfast we enjoyed at the Thames Foyer. We would come back just to visit her! We loved the night-down service, the addition of the spa, and all the treats we could enjoy in the room; like the deep baths, spacious bedroom space, welcome cake as we were celebrating a belated birthday and more. We cannot wait to come back!

Excellent environment and service

The hotel is beautiful: I had an Edwardian room and the decor is airy and bright. The Thames Foyer has delicious afternoon tea, pastel decor and a live piano. The American bar transported me to 1920s New York. As a New Yorker I can say it’s better than a lot of bars in NYC! The service is also excellent. when I got food poisoning on the first day from eating something bad in the US, the room service staff went above and beyond to take care of me. In summary, I had a fantastic time here!

Fantastic experience and service

Our stay at the Savoy was a fantastic experience. The service was second to none and we had the extra bonus of an upgrade to a suite, which was a wonderful gesture as well as a wonderful surprise. We will be be back.

Flawless Stay in London

I had never stayed at the Savoy and was curious as to how the experience was going to be. I could not have been more impressed. from arrival to departure, the team executed every aspect of our stay flawlessly. The rooms are classic in style and excellently maintained. The Butler's service was a particular delight and I highly encourage booking a room that offers this service. All of the food and beverage was exceptional and beautifully presented and served. I will make the Savoy my preferred hotel choice from now when staying in London. Kudos to the entire team for an exceptional experience.
