Our family of four, country hopping through Asia, stayed in a 2 bedroom suite at the Fairmont. The staff was welcoming and professional in all areas. Though the rooms were modern and clean, the powder room had a leaking toilet. Breakfast at the Spectrum had a nice variety, including Peking duck & lobster claws. Both my daughters commented it was better than the Tokyo Station Hotel & Westin Miyako Kyoto. Although conveniently located near a beautiful park and two shopping malls, sightseeing from this location entailed dealing with heavy Seoul traffic as we did not use the subway. A nice hotel, but not a very base for first time visitors to Seoul.

Stayed here for several times. Check in wasn’t a good experience - card didn’t light up at right floor, key card couldn’t enter the door. Had to go all the way down again to get it sorted but after that things were better. Overall comfortable stay but felt the team could manage platinum guest privilege more such as wind down services weren’t mentioned.
