We recommend arriving 45 minutes prior to your treatment time to enjoy our spa facilities and ensure your treatment starts on time. We require a notice period of 24 hours for cancellation or rescheduling. Missed appointments without proper notice are subject to 100% charge for reserved spaces. This also applies for no-shows. For on-resident guests, credit/debit card details will be required at time of reservation.
