Before the National Mall’s
fireworks display begins, Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown is offering an all-American BBQ on Tuesday, July 4th in the courtyard from 5pm to 8pm.
Executive Chef Jordi Gallardo, Executive Sous Chef Jason Rowley,
Juniper Chef Edward Agnew are firing up their summer grill with ribs, burgers
smoked pork shoulder, smoked chicken and sausages. Assorted BBQ sauces include
peach BBQ, Alabama white, Carolina vinegar and bourbon BBQ. Side dishes
of fried onions, sauerkraut, potato salad, mixed greens and corn-on-the-cob
complement the all-American menu.
Do not forget to save room for America’s infamous apple and
cherry pie desserts prepared by Executive Pastry Chef Claus Olsen.
Fairmont’s
Red, White and BBQ, priced at $42 per person and $19 for children 12 and
