We loved the view in this room and the disability washroom was well appointed. There was a bench seat - pull down - which I didn't use and plastic raised seat, which i found a bit restricting, so removed. The shower was roll in with a transfer bar for the seat. There was a lovely rain shower head and a handheld. The bedroom area was large and the counters and table were at a good height. Space to charge my wheelchair was available and the work space had a nice hideaway electric charging/cord box. The bed was ok - I don't like pillow tops as they get easily worn and divets are created in the top from other people. There was a fridge in the room. We had a small glitch with room service breakfast but it was well taken care of and the staff were fantastic. The room was booked through The Rocky Mountaineer, which was a fantastic trip.
The concierge: Jeff was friendly, professional, and excellent. The room was great. The minibar/fridge experience was poor.
I stayed for 5 nights for a conference. Everything from check in to check out was great.
Overall very convenient - rooms were nice, check-in was seamless and the location was fantastic
We stayed at Pan Pacific pre-cruise and the Fairmont post-cruise. Fairmont is the preferred choice! Beautiful rooms, well appointed partial Harbour View King. The view was much nicer than expected. Bathroom with upscale amenities, Caroma toilet and sink, and shower with no tub is so much nicer than a tub/shower combo. The staff are top notch, from the Front Desk to the Concierge, Bell station, and Restaurant. They made sure our family enjoyed the best stay possible.
The elevators are a bit quirky (long waits, some buttons don’t work) the in-room coffee was not set up to use. It would be nice to supply some water in the room that is not honor bar. Overall it was a good stay, I like the location of the hotel.

Came down for work trip with the family, was put into a room with 2 double beds which were far too small for 2 adults to lay in, there is plenty of space in the room for queen beds. It's also amazing that there aren't fridges in the room to store food or drink in, without being assessed a "restocking fee".
Had another great visit. Haven't been there is a few years. As was then, services was great. Polite, attentive and with a smile.
Excellent location and experience as an AMEX Platinum Cardholder… the benefits were all provided and enjoyed. We stayed here the night before joining an Alaskan Cruise across the street at the Canada Place port; perfect, convenient location. The only complaint I have is that on our floor there are signs directing you towards ‘Ice and Vending’ and this is simply not true. Ice, yes… but no vending. The only vending, besides ordering room service, is out of the in-room overpriced mini bar.
