Clean room, great view, friendly lobby and bell staff. Wonderful breakfast choices in the Arc restaurant with helpful, friendly staff and never ending coffee. The biggest detractor were the elevators which had non-functioning floor buttons on some panels and jerky, abrupt stops at the different floors.

We stayed at the Fairmont waterfront in November. We were lucky that we had beautiful fall weather and that it was cool, crisp, sunny days. This meant we could take advantage of the outdoor heated pool which was the perfect temperature and had beautiful views of the North shore mountains and the city buildings. We also borrowed the hotel bikes and biked the seawall. Rooms were lovely, great location! Right beside Waterfront skytrain station.

Generally excellent. My only suggestion is related to coffee. I am an American, accustomed to drinking large cups of coffee. The coffee maker in the room made only ~espresso, 1-2 oz in bottom of cup, and hotel had no coffee in lobby.
The best part is that my check in occurs at the curbside valet.
Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality
The Saturday night was very disruptive from a sleep perspective . I was in room 702 and a party room was opened up at 10 45 at night . Had to ask to get it shut down which took 30 min

Very nice location, amazing views, courteous staff, and great food options
The Gold Lounge was not quite up to what we are used to at the Palliser in Calgary.
It was a great stay
