Equipped with the highest specification Technogym Artis cardio and strength range, selected for its seamless design and empowering the most exciting training experiences. A selection of additional best-in-class equipment complements a bespoke exercise and movement programme for every member’s needs.

Fitness Classes & Studios

The timetable on offer has been carefully curated to offer you variety and to ensure we have every aspect of your journey covered.

From our Mind & Body studio which has a focus on mind-muscle connection with traditional classes as Hatha Yoga, Meditation and Restorative Classes to expansive movements such as Aerial Yoga.

The dedicated Pilates studio has both mat based and Reformer Pilates available so if you are looking to build long, lean muscles then that’s the place for you.

Our group Cycling Studio is for those who want to burn and firm in a high energy environment.

If you are looking to try something different or with a faster pace, then HIIT, TRX Suspension Training, Boxing classes and more are all on offer.

Finally, for those who love the great outdoors there is Cardio Tennis, Boot-Camp and many more.

Mind & Body Studio

A dedicated Mind & Body Studio offering a wide variety of both yin and yang classes in a small group setting. From Restorative, Candle-lit Yin, Sound Healing to Hot Yoga, Mat Pilates, Barre and Aerial Yoga.

Movement and Mindfulness is also taken outside with Nordic Walking and Forest Bathing.

Reformer Studio
Our Reformer Studio, with six Reformer beds hosts classical Pilates movement therapy, with group classes and private classes available.
Cycling & HIIT
