The project is expected to last more than two years, with a reopening planned between mid-2027 and early 2028.
The goal of our renovations is to completely rehabilitate this complex in order to restore the site to its former prestige, to make it a benchmark in terms of sustainability and a new address of choice for both Genevans and international hotel customers.
This includes more than 400 fully renovated rooms, including a large number of suites, a conference and banquet center of approximately 1,600 m 2 , the Théâtre du Léman which can accommodate more than 1,300 people, a parking lot as well as infrastructure dedicated to soft mobility.
Built in 1980 and renovated in 2006, this building no longer meets current energy efficiency, sustainability, and ergonomic requirements. It therefore requires extensive renovation to bring it into line with modern expectations.
