On December 31st, welcome the New Year with an unforgettable evening of celebration and flavor at Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol. Our signature restaurants, EL FARO LA HACIENDA and DALMAR by Benito Gómez, present exclusive tasting menus that showcase the finest seasonal ingredients in true Mediterranean style. After dinner, guests are invited to gather in the VISTA Lounge & Terrace for the traditional midnight countdown and grapes, accompanied by a spectacular fireworks display and a big-screen countdown. The celebration continues with an evening of music and dancing as our DJs keep the party alive until 3:30 a.m.

  • Christmas Eve dinner experience in your choice of EL FARO LA HACIENDA or DALMAR with specially curated seasonal menus

  • Access to the after dinner celebration in the VISTA Lounge with the traditional countdown and grapes, followed by music from live DJs until 3:30 a.m.

  • 3 countdown screens on display

  • FARO - 6:30PM to 9:30PM Reservation, open until 3:30AM DJ

  • DALMAR - 7PM to 9PM Reservation, open until 3:30AM DJ

  • To confirm your reservation, a pre-authorization of the total amount will be required. Please note that this amount will not be charged to your account; it serves only as a temporary hold to secure your booking. The full payment will be made directly at the restaurant at the time of your visit.
