Tasting Menu Under the Stars

Under the Stars Choux Gras Dome

Discover an exclusive gastronomic experience where the Chef’s creativity takes center stage. Inspired by the signature flavours of our Culinary Brasserie, this unique tasting menu is crafted especially for you. Each course, served in the intimate setting of the Choux Gras outdoor heated dome, showcases thoughtfully selected local ingredients, served in a warm, intimate setting beneath a canopy of stars.

Details

  • Outdoor heated dome for 2 to 6 people

  • Six course Tasting Menu

  • In the evening, by reservation,between 5:45pm and 9pm

  • $250 per person, plus taxes and applicable fees

  • Private intimate gatherings

Surcharge, taxes, and service fees not included. A 3% resort fee will be added to the bill, as set by the Tremblant Resort Association. For groups of 7 or more, a 15% service charge will be automatically applied to the bill.

Cancellation policy:
Any modification or cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. A fee of $10 per person will apply to late cancellations. We thank you for your understanding.
