1. The Conference Room initially allocated was passed on to UN on the morning of the workshop. 35 pax squeezed into a room that fits max 15pax with no proper ventilation. 2. Poor communication & coordination between Norfolk F&B and Sales Team. 3. Selective and inconsistent service by the conference F&B Team. 4. On our last dinner night, no communication was given that the room was required by 1am. Again, all this brought about by poor communication & coordination between Norfolk F&B and Sales Team. 5. Europeans seemed to get preferential treatment this was experienced at the front desk/reception. 6. Dinning area staff were excellent and accommodating. 7. My best experience was housekeeping and the concierge team. For more details engage Zi… and Su… as they were the coordinators for this booking.

The rooms, meals, recreation, and so on are quite comfortable. The staffs are very servile and welcoming. Fairmont is very hospitable.
