Imagine an entire wing dedicated to your event. The Fairmont Banff Springs is pleased to offer the Conference Centre Wing which includes the Van Horne Ballroom with 15,000 square feet of space, the President's Hall Ballroom with 5330 square feet, the N.R. Crump Room, 248 seat Theatre and additional rooms suitable for effective breakout sessions. The Conference Centre includes dedicated loading docks for load in/out convenience and culinary facilities to ensure your guests receive the best in quality food & beverage service. Accessible via interior walkway 365 days a year from the Main Hotel, your guests will never be left in the cold. Both the Van Horne Ballroom and President’s Hall are divisible by three and boast unobstructed site lines so every seat feels like the best one in the house. The Van Horne Ballroom ceiling includes secure anchor points for equipment rigging.
Located in the Main Hotel Building, combined these two rooms account for 8520 square feet of event space complete with stunning foyer space. The Riverview Lounge which overlooks the Stanley Thompson Golf Course, Bow River and the snow capped mountains of the Palliser Range is a the perfect location for a coffee break or gala reception. With the dividing wall in place, the Alberta Room is 4067 square feet and the New Brunswick Room is 3098 with a semi-private extension which accounts for an additional 1355 square feet.
The cast bronze doors and custom wooden rung back chairs add a touch of elegance and unique Fairmont Banff Springs flair to the Alhambra Ballroom. 5700 square feet of event space with unobstructed site lines and large windows for natural sunlight make this an ideal venue for your next event. The Alhambra Ballroom is a desirable venue for meetings or meals.
The Cascade Ballroom and adjacent Conservatory are two sparkling jewels in the Fairmont Banff Springs crown. The Cascade Ballroom is 5600 square feet of elegantly appointed meeting space with hardwood floors and crystal chandeliers that hug the gold detailed ceilings providing unobtrusive ambiance. For unparalleled views and breathtaking vistas, step into the Conservatory which feature over 180 degrees of windows and glass ceilings overlooking the Bow Valley.
The soaring ceilings, stained glass windows and glazed stone floors all lend themselves to the unique space that is the Mount Stephen Hall. Often the preferred venue for themed events such as the Medieval Banquet, the Mount Stephen Hall is 2304 square feet of truly one-of-a-kind event space.
The picture windows of the Ivor Petrak provide stunning views and the central chandelier lends elegant charm to this room of 2025 square feet. Located in the Main Hotel Building, the heavy oak doors provide an extra measure of privacy and quiet.
Comparable in size, the Oak Room (756 square feet) and the Norquay Room (690 square feet) each feature unique architectural touches. The Oak Room includes one of the original and still functional wood burning fireplaces while the Norquay Room includes two wooden benches from the original hotel’s chapel. Both rooms have original stained glass windows and are ideal for meetings or meals.
The Angus Room features a permanent boardroom set-up for up to 22 guests with custom designed oak tables. High ceilings, wood paneled walls and plenty of natural light during the day make this an ideal room for important meetings by day or intimate dinners by night.
Small is beautiful. The Strathcona Room can seat up to 12 guests around a custom oak table while three big windows provide plenty of natural light and lovely views of the surrounding area. With 368 square feet of space, the Strathcona makes an ideal office, breakout room or small meeting space.
