Resort Fee - Take advantage of all that the Fairmont Banff Springs has to offer. As a guest you will have access to: luggage/ski storage, hotel pools (Willow Stream spa access excluded), hotel historical tours, access to hotel tennis courts and sport fields, shuttle service to the Waldhaus Restaurant & Pub, shuttle service to the Stanley Thompson Golf Course, and local /toll-free calls,. Your resort fee also includes numerous seasonal family activities; including nature hikes, campfire stories, and movie nights. Bellmen/doorman and housekeeping gratuities are also included with this fee. All listed services and amenities are included (or covered) in/by the $12 per day resort fee.

Earn airline reward miles! A qualifying stay to earn airline miles is booked under one of the following rates: published rack, package and corporate. Examples of non-eligible stays to earn airline miles are discounted rates (AAA, CAA, AARP), meetings, conventions, groups and government rates.
Kids Eat Free!
We recognize that value is particularly important for families traveling with kids. Kids 5 and under eat for free, while kids 12 and under can choose from a special kids menu or order off the regular menu at 50% off.
Banff Springs Kids Club
The Banff Springs Kid’s Club, the hotel’s activity hub for kids, will be the star attraction for our young guests. The Kid’s Club offers supervised activities with enthusiastic camp leaders. Every day is a new adventure!
Program Information
Pets are Welcome
For guests who want to know more about the hotel’s iconic past, the property offers a complimentary tour for hotel guests with hotel historian, Dave Moberg. Tours run year-round Tuesday – Pets are permitted in the hotel at a price of $25 CAD per day to a maximum of two pets. The animal must be supervised at all times and must be on a leash in public places. Seeing-eye dogs are always welcome at no charge.
Historical Hotel Tours
For guests who want to know more about the hotel’s iconic past, the property offers a complimentary tour for hotel guests with hotel historian, Dave Moberg. Tours run year-round Tuesday – Saturday, departing from Heritage Hall at 3:00 p.m. Heritage Hall features photographs from the hotel’s earliest days as well as images of significant events and visits. Old menus, china and other interesting historical tidbits are also all a part of the tour.
