Savor 35 different cheese types - available as individual slices or flights - served on marble slabs and accompanied by dried fruit, honey, and nuts.

Chocolate lovers can select from an ever-changing menu of handmade truffles and bars crafted by local chocolatiers.

This unique initiative is designed to educate your taste buds in a fashion that's fun, comprehensive, interactive, and unpretentious. Our classes touch on the histories, types, and pairings of wine. Are you already an educated wine enthusiast? Eno-Versity will also instruct you on the dynamics of cheese and chocolate as well. October 20 -Basque Magic – A proud people with good reason! Taste an array of Basque wines and cheeses ranging from Txakoli to Madrian and Idiázabal to Ossau-Iraty. And, there’s magic in store. 6:00 p.m./ $20 per person

November 17 - Wine for the Holiday Table – A tasting of six wines that pair perfectly with Thanksgiving fare complimented with artisan American cheeses and, of course, Turkey. 6:00 p.m./ $20 per person

December 15 - The Perfect Gift – Six affordable wines and six particular olive oils perfect for a hostess gift, a party bring – a – long or a last minute stocking stuffer! All items will be available for a last minute gift. 6:00 p.m./ $20 per person
