Recently scooping up the ‘Best Steakhouse’ award at the 2012 TimeOut Dubai Restaurant Awards, The Exchange Grill invites all couples to a special dining experience.
Enjoy a carefully crafted 4-course sharing menu from Chef Jasheer Valiya, including an amuse bouche to whet the appetite with tuna tartar and beluga caviar, alongside two glasses of premium bubbly.
The experience continues with a showcase of scallops, veal sweetbread and a table side carving of Wagyu beef with a marble score of 9+. The evening concludes with a shared dessert.
The couples culinary adventure menu is priced at AED 799 per couple, inclusive of two glasses of premium bubbly.

Patron's of the award winning steakhouse are set to be wow’ed not only by the delectable cuisine but now with the addition of creative mixology performed table side.
The Exchange Grill’s resident mixologist Joseph Mijares will deliver an ample combination of showmanship and mixology, with a range of shaken, stirred and layered libations served right alongside dinner. Guests will enjoy a modern twists to classic cocktails, including a smoked Old Fashion to a carbonated Negroni as an aperitif, as well as a Bamble (widely popular English drink) created in a gelatin form.
