Featuring eight interactive kitchens specialising in six influential cuisines from India, Thailand, Japan, China, Europe and the Middle East, guests can enjoy a truly international dining experience in a number of authentic settings, from the privacy of an intimate dining room to the bustling ambiance of the showcase restaurant.
The first in the city to popularise Friday brunch over five years ago and in our ongoing effort to innovate this award winning culinary institution, guests can now enjoy four brunch experiences:
BRUNCH IN THE CITY
'Non Alcoholic’ Brunch
The ‘Non Alcoholic’ brunch showcases a full range of culinary feats, including a delicatessen room with fine international cheeses and Port wines, an ice bar stocked with freshly shucked oysters in the half shell, traditional roasts, king crab legs, lobster and crispy Peking duck, plus a selection of creative mocktails and fresh juices priced at AED 345 per person.
‘Hops and Vines’ Brunch
‘Hops and Vines’ brunch priced at AED 455 per person and includes all the culinary offerings mentioned above, this option also offers a selection of red and white wine, martini station, refreshing mojitos, mocktails and fresh juices.
'Premium Bubbly’ Brunch
The original ‘Premium Bubbly’ brunch includes all of the above, plus unlimited pourings of Moet & Chandon French champagne for AED 575 per person.
'Pink Champagne' Brunch
Includes all of the above offerings, plus unlimited pourings of Moet & Chandon Rose for AED 670 per person.
