Cavell's Restaurant & Terrace
We are pleased to announce the opening of our newest dining option at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, Cavell’s Restaurant & Terrace. This gourmet, casual lakeside dining experience offers stunning views of Mount Edith Cavell, Lac Beauvert and Whistlers Mountain from the outdoor patio and through the large picture windows inside.
Cavell's is open for Breakfast (daily), Afternoon Tea and Dinner (Friday and Saturdays in the winter months) and has an extensive menu serving culinary delights from coast to coast. The diverse menus feature international cuisine using local, farm fresh ingredients.The attentive service and relaxed ambiance at Cavell's make it a perfect choice for families, friends and couples alike.
Hours of Operation
Summer Hours:
- Breakfast: from 6:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. daily
- Dinner: from from 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. daily
- Afternoon Tea: from 2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. daily. Reservations are required at least one hour in advance.
Winter hours are in effect from November – April. Hours are subject to change due to special events - contact Dining Reservations for more details.
Dress Code
Resort casual.
Reservations
Reservations are highly recommended for Dinner and required for Afternoon Tea - these can be booked online with your room reservation, or by calling Dining Reservations directly at 780.852.6052.
Kids Eat Free!
The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge makes it easy for your family to dine together...kids five and under eat for free! Kids 12 and under have a specialized menu to choose from, or they can enjoy items from the regular menu at 50% off.
