Enjoy an unforgettable Maui fine dining experience at Ko in Wailea.  Ko, which recently underwent a multi-million dollar renovation, offers plantation-inspired cuisine featuring Hawaiian, Chinese, Filipino, Portuguese, Korean, and Japanese menu items. Ko is open for lunch and dinner.

Or perhaps you might prefer fine dining at one of Hawaii's premier seafood restaurants, Nick's Fishmarket, Maui.  This award winning Wailea restaurant combines the magical beauty of the Valley Isle with the romantic flair of the Mediterranean. 

The open-air Luana Lounge is a perfect place to watch Maui’s beautiful sunsets while enjoying live entertainment. Pupus, specialty martinis, Hawaiian tropical drinks and extensive wine lists are available. 

In-Room Dining is also available 24 hours -- and allows you to enjoy Maui fine dining in the privacy of your suite or villa.
 
Keiki (Children) Dining Program
The Fairmont Kea Lani is proud to offer a Keiki (Children) Dining Program.  Not only does Kea Lani Restaurant, Polo Beach Grille and Bar, and Ko offer kid friendly cuisine, but children five years and under eat for free when ordering off the keiki menu. The program includes sodas, juice, or milk.  The keiki menu is also available for children ages 6 - 12 years or they may order from any regular dining menu in these locations for ½ off of regular menu pricing.  For more details just ask your server. The Keiki Dining Program offer is not valid for In Suite Dining, Nick’s Restaurant and Poolside Dining.

Allergy Program at The Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui

It can be difficult to travel with food allergy concerns and for some, even the smallest trace of cross contamination could be dangerous. As a result, The Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui has detailed procedures to ensure safe food preparation.

• We use pans and utensils that are not used to prepare other food. These pans are well labeled and stored separately than our pans used everyday.
• Only a Sous Chef or the Executive Chef will prepare the food for a guest with an allergy.
• For extreme allergy concerns, we use unique china for the meal so that all involved are sure it is the correct meal.
