Our AAA-4 Diamond Award winner El Puerto restaurant has been recently remodeled and is now offering a new Latin-Asian menu designed by Richard Sandoval, whose accolades include Bon Appétit Restaurateur of the Year and Mexico's Toque d'Oro. Chef Sandoval, regarded as "the father of modern Mexican cuisine" spins regional ingredients into beautifully balanced dishes designed for sharing.
El Puerto restaurant, located below the Lobby Lounge, serves up Latin-Asian dishes in a social and lively setting with a menu of dim sum, antojitos, sushi and seasonal ceviches. The experience is complemented by a wide array of over 100 selections of sakes and tequilas. The extended terrace for al-fresco dining in addition to a large indoor dining space and two private dining rooms ensures ample spaces for all guests to indulge in unique cuisine with views of the lush landscape and waterways surrounding them. Menu highlights include Pork Carnitas Rice Noodles, Kimchee & Tofu Soup and Chipotle Miso Glazed Black Cod.
The new beverage menu features innovative, hand-muddled cocktails as well as Latin wines, Japanese sakes and over 100 Tequilas. The vibrant new décor fuses traditional and contemporary tastes and is the perfect setting to savor Chef Sandoval’s acclaimed cuisine.

El Puerto serves dinner every day from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm
