El Puerto restaurant has been recently remodeled and reopened its doors on June 9, 2015. This AAA-4 Diamond restaurant is now offering a new Latin-Asian menu designed by Richard Sandoval, whose accolades include Bon Appétit Restaurateur of the Year and Mexico's Toque d'Oro. Chef Sandoval, regarded as "the father of modern Mexican cuisine" spins regional ingredients into beautifully balanced dishes designed for sharing.
The new beverage menu features innovative, hand-muddled cocktails as well as Latin wines, Japanese sakes and over 100 Tequilas. The vibrant new décor fuses traditional and contemporary tastes and is the perfect setting to savor Chef Sandoval’s acclaimed cuisine. Menu highlights include Pork Carnitas Rice Noodles, Kimchee & Tofu Soup and Chipotle Miso Glazed Black Cod.
El Puerto offers a large indoor dining space and two private dining rooms. Featuring spectacular views over the lagoon and a contemporary atmosphere, the new extended terrace is ideal for al-fresco dining and for guests to enjoy a flavorful dinner with views of the lush landscape and waterways.
El Puerto is located in the main building, lower level.

Tuesday to Sunday from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm
