Fairmont Nile City’s signature restaurant has revamped its concept, extending the French Vietnamese to a full-fledged Asian fusion theme. The new concept also introduces a sharing concept, like an tasting-driven selection of small portions that can be shared to experience the menu adding more value your dining experience.
The outlet’s contemporary design is decorated tastefully with distinct Asian touches, clean minimalist interior and walls covered in mother of pearl for an elegant dining experience. The wide floor-to-ceiling windows show off the dramatic Nile view.
The plush lounge area is the perfect location for an intimate drink and offers a dine around concept on the jazzy beats of Ahmed Harfoush, Egypt's Premier Jazz Entertainer every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 p.m. At Saigon Lounge, you are offered the best Fairmont Nile City has to offer with select items from all outlets from Middle Eastern to American.
