The hotel sits between the neighborhoods of Zamalek and Bulaq — approximately 5 minutes by car from Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum, and roughly 27 km from the Giza Pyramids.

Cairo International Airport is approximately 22 km from Fairmont Nile City. In light traffic, the drive takes around 30 minutes, but during peak hours (8–10 AM and 4–8 PM) it can take 60 to 90 minutes.

Pets must not be left unattended in the room. Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests' comfort.
