The tea hour is always an intimate one; a time for friendly chats amid pleasant surroundings. Join us in the restful atmosphere of tea in the Rimrock; where Charlie Beil’s mural landscapes Alberta amongst the hand-crafted leather columns highlighting our century old fireplace- or spend an afternoon in our grand heritage lobby lounge. You are invited to relax with our menu of assorted berries and Grand Marnier cream, delicate tea pastries, fresh dainty finger sandwiches and oven-fresh vanilla scones to enjoy with tea offerings in loose leaf and bagged teas, including the Palliser's very own estate tea, "Margaret's Hope Darjeeling.”
