Sunday Brunch on the Bund is a unique dining experience that allows you to embark on a gastronomic journey of your choosing. Let us cater to your whims while you indulge and relax in the legendary Cathay Room, with the historic Bund and skyscrapers of Pudong as your backdrop.
Chef Nicholas Blair’s brunch will feature a wide range of delicacies including Home made Foie Gras Terrine among a selection of House Charcuterie, Chili & Citrus Marinated Mussels & Clams, Fresh Citrus & Lime Ceviche, Market-Selected Sashimi, Roasted Australian Lamb cuttlet and Pan Roasted Sea Bass with Lobster Risotto. And what would brunch be without a little hollandaise? The Cathay Room Eggs Benedict can be made with Classic Paris Ham, House Smoked Salmon & Baby Spinach, or Atlantic Lobster & Capsicum. The sumptuous buffet is prepared using only the finest imported produce and all main courses are created a la minute according to each guest’s request, making this the only brunch in town for serious gourmands. The Cathay Room's Champagne Brunch on The Bund also includes a tableside Caesar salad cart, full seafood presentation, savory a la carte selections, a sweet treat to finish and a selection of gourmet nibbles throughout, all accompanied by the finest wines, Champagnes and digestifs from the hotel's cellars, as selected by the Cathay Room's dedicated sommelier.
