SERVICE DETAILS AT FAIRMONT PEACE HOTEL

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 pm, local time, on the day of arrival, and check-out is anytime before 12:00 pm on the day of departure.

Parking rates for all guests:
· Hourly rate: RMB 20 per hour
· Daily rate: RMB 160 (8-hour maximum, capped at RMB 160 for 24 hours)

Please note that valet parking services are not currently available.

The Fairmont Peace Hotel Shanghai is wheelchair accessible in all public areas, with dedicated accessible pathways at the hotel entrances. Hotel entrances are located at No. 20 Nanjing Road (E) and No. 63 Dian Chi Road.

Fairmont Peace Hotel does not allow pets. Seeing-eye dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges and restrictions.

The Concierge Desk is located in the Main Lobby. They will happily assist you with obtaining tickets for sporting events and theaters, making dinner reservations and arranging city tours.

Bellmen are located in the Main Entrance of the hotel, 24-hours a day. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

The Housekeeping staff will provide extra amenities such as humidifiers and baby cribs at no additional charge.  Baby cribs can be accommodated in all room types upon request.

For guests requiring an extra bed, please note that additional beds cannot be provided in Deluxe rooms.  We recommend selecting a suite or alternative room category that can accommodate extra bedding arrangements.

To guarantee same-day express laundry service, laundry bags must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. Delivery will be completed by 6:00 p.m. on the same day.

The laundry facility operates daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Pressing services are available during all operating hours.
