Sunday Brunch on the Bund is a unique dining experience that allows you to embark on a gastronomic journey of your choosing. Let us cater to your whims while you indulge and relax in the legendary Cathay Room, with the historic Bund and skyscrapers of Pudong as your backdrop.
Begin your journey with a chilled glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne, topped up generously throughout your experience. The brunch buffet is a veritable feast for the eyes, with an extensive seafood display including baby lobster, crab claws, king prawns, oysters, citrus ceviche, marinated mussels and clams, and the freshest sashimi available in Shanghai. Other appetizers on the sumptuous buffet include a selection of the finest European cheeses and charcuterie, foie gras terrine, and a Caesar salad prepared as you wish before your eyes.
Choose your main course from an a la carte selection, including Canadian beef tenderloin, pan roasted sea bass, and succulent lamb chops, or you may wish to indulge in the more traditional brunch dish of Eggs Benedict, served in three different styles. Complete your gastronomic experience with the buffet selection of hand-crafted desserts prepared by our in-house Pastry team, as well as a final sweet extravagance served to you at your table.
