Whether you are looking for a spot to have breakfast, lunch or dinner, LV Bistro offers an energetic atmosphere where you can enjoy a simple yet diverse selection of modern American cuisine. The two-story walls are covered with art and the expansive windows provide a captivating glimpse of our sparkling pool.

You can also relax with your family in our private family dining area where children can watch their favorite kids' movies while parents enjoy time to sample one of our sumptuous desserts.

Hours Of Operation:

Open Daily 

• Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.                     
• Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.          
• Lite Fare: 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.                 
• Dinner: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.  (open until 10 p.m. on Wednesdays)

Breakfast Menu Sampler:       

• Huevos Rancheros, Tostada with Refried Black Beans, Eggs Over Easy, Pico de Gallo, Freshly Made Chorizo Sausage, Cheddar Cheese and Crema 
• The American, Two Eggs, Choice of Old Smokehouse Bacon or Pork Sausage and Breakfast Potatoes  
• Open Faced Brie Omelette, Three Egg Omelette with a Selection of: Ham, Mushrooms, Onions, Cheeses, Peppers, Bacon or Salsa 
• Belgian Waffle,  served with Strawberries and Whipped Cream 

Lunch Menu Sampler:       

• Lobster Cobb, Traditional Garnishes and Herbal Vinaigrette
