• BOURBON STEAK:  Acclaimed Chef Michael Mina's BOURBON STEAK represents the height of Scottsdale dining through contemporary American fare, with a focus on all natural, organic and hormone-free cuts of beef, poached and finished over the wood-burning grill.
• THE GRILL:  With views overlooking the 18th hole of the TPC Scottsdale’s Stadium Course, The Grill features high-end pub cuisine and a unique selection of more than 50 local, national and international craft beers. 
• IRONWOOD AMERICAN KITCHEN BY RICHARD SANDOVAL:  The Fairmont Scottsdale's main dining room, Ironwood American Kitchen will serve breakfast and lunch featuring wood-fired specialties, served in a warm and casual atmosphere.
• THE PLAZA BAR:  Experience cutting-edge design, fashionable clientele and signature cocktails in a contemporary setting.
• POOLSIDE:  Sonoran Splash and the East Pool have full service bars, serving your favorite poolside cocktails and entrees.  Whether you want to watch the game, relax in your own luxurious cabana rental, send the kids (or yourself) down one of Sonoran Splash's slides, or do a few laps, these pools have everything that you need for your perfect day in the sun!
