Sweet Endings
The perfect way to end your day! Enjoy a selection of specialty dessert cocktails and dessert wines for $5 and half-price desserts that include Michael Mina’s root beer float, warm beignets, carrot cake, Valrhona chocolate custard, rhubarb crisp and a daily selection of seasonal ice creams and sorbets. Offered nightly from 9:00 p.m. to close in the bar and lounge.
Bar Burgers
Michael Mina presents the unique and interactive Bar Burgers menu at BOURBON STEAK at Fairmont Scottsdale. Guests can choose from five wood-grilled burgers including the signature All Beef, Heritage Turkey, Vegetarian Falafel, Lamburger and the Salmon Steak Burger. Unique toppings like sautéed mushrooms, balsamic onions and signature sweet relish allow guests to really make their burger their own. Burgers can then be paired with a side of Mina’s famed duck-fat fries, onion rings and signature adult milkshakes.
