Opened in 2014, The Palomino Conference Center was designed to seamlessly connect and blend with the existing meeting space. It provides an abundance of natural light and a unique indoor/outdoor meeting experience. This state-of-the-art facility features “moveable” walls that open up the ballroom to the foyer and the foyer to the outdoor plaza -- providing groups the option of a refreshing open-air experience.
The Palomino Conference Center includes:
Newly renovated in 2014, the spacious Princess Ballroom is comprised of 22,500 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space with a ceiling height of 18' 6". Divisible into nine different sections or four quarters. Double air walls separate each quarter of the ballroom, along with a 13' corridor to ensure a quiet environment for your meeting. Our ballroom is equipped with modern technology, including Ethernet network and wireless Internet access. Built-in rigging points allow groups to easily "fly their projector" for a flawless presentation and our Conference. The ballroom is surrounded by 10 additional meeting rooms ranging in size from 450 to 650 sq. ft. A spacious foyer surrounds the ballroom on three sides with built in registration desks, offices and conference concierge stations. The Princess Conference Center opens to the resort’s main Plaza, the Princess Plaza and is adjacent to La Hacienda Plaza and Canyon Lawn, providing convenient access to outdoor venues for meals and breaks.
Note: The Palomino Conference Center and Princess Conference Center are seamlessly adjoined with an indoor corridor, providing ease of flow for large programs between the two conference centers.
Centrally located between the main lobby and the Conference Center, this area is convenient to host group hospitalities, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches or receptions up to 600 guests. Enhanced by the Spanish Colonial waterfalls and lush landscaping, this is the perfect location for any theme event.
This secluded stone patio is surrounded by a wall of falling water, providing a tranquil and relaxing setting for groups up to 300 guests.
This elegant Southwestern courtyard caters to groups of up to 700 guests. This is a perfect location to host a “Mexican Fiesta” or “Southwest Steak Cook-out”. This area is located on the west side of the property, on a trellis covered outdoor terrace surrounded by Arizona foliage, an outdoor fireplace and fountain.
An intimate Spanish Courtyard complete with iron gates provides a private setting for groups of up to 100 guests.
This exclusive venue gives your groups another opportunity to experience the Arizona sunshine, spectacular sunsets or starry nights. This luxurious lawn overlooking the TPC Stadium Course – Home of the Phoenix Open – and breathtaking lagoon, can accommodate groups of up to 600 guests. This area is ideal for any number of events from team building to theme parties.
This covered terrace is centrally located with some of the resort’s best signature views overlooking the South Pool. Comfortably furnished with outdoor lounge seating, the overlook can accommodate a reception of up to 120 guests
Just steps up from the South Pool these private gated event decks feature views of the TPC Scottsdale Stadium Course and resort lagoon. Each deck can accommodate groups with up to 200 guests.
Overlooking the pristine McDowell Mountains, this is the perfect area for hospitalities, welcome receptions or group water Olympics. This area can accommodate up to 400 guests.
Experience how the west was won! Our authentically staged “country and western” town is over 26,000 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 550 guests at picnic tables. To enhance your Western experience, this venue includes red and white-checkered linens and cowboy lanterns, built-in fire pits, grill stations and out staff will be outfitted in Western attire. Add country and western musicians to the large built in stage and dance floor or cowboy games to complete this event. A minimum of 100 guests.
Sweet aromas and blooming roses will greet each of your guests in this intimate location accommodating groups up to 50 guests. This perfectly manicured garden will provide a private setting for a memorable experience.
Overlooking the 18th hole on the TPC Scottsdale’s Stadium course, this is the perfect location to enjoy glorious views of the sun setting over the McDowell Mountains at the club house for Phoenix Open. This venue accommodates groups of 250 guests.
