The Plaza Hotel has been the setting, backdrop and star of New York's most memorable moments since it opened in 1907. For more than 100 years it has been regarded as an iconic New York meeting and event space. Restored to its legendary opulence in 2008, the Grand Ballroom (5,000 sq. ft.), which as received landmark status, retains the neo-Classical decor of the original design, while benefiting from Ballroom Foyer, which also received landmark status, is restored as well. The Plaza also features 5,000 square feet of meeting space on the fourth floor. Seven meeting rooms in total are available, each equipped with wireless services and sate-of-the-art conferencing equipment.
