Our sustainable engagements
Reducing reliance on single use plastics remains a priority through the use of fiber based takeaway packaging, compostable straws upon request, bulk guestroom amenities, and bulk alternatives for condiments, creamers, and seasonings.
To reduce paper consumption, we deliver guest folios electronically whenever possible, limit printed promotional materials and unsolicited publications, utilize digital signage throughout the hotel, repurpose recycled paper into scratch pads, and reuse packing and shipping materials whenever feasible.

Sustainability is supported by The Plaza's Green Team, a cross functional group of colleagues representing departments throughout the hotel. Meeting regularly to review progress, identify opportunities, and advance environmental initiatives, the team helps drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of environmental responsibility across the property.
