The schedule alternates on a weekly basis at the Beach Club.
WEEK 1
Wellness Wednesday Yoga with Tiffany Skinner, 8 am – 9 am
Enjoy a rejuvenating session of the mind and body as our experienced yoga instructor take you on guided tour of self-reflection and finding your serenity - directly on the beach. The sessions are designed for both beginners and those more experienced. Yoga classes are the perfect way to enjoy your time in Barbados and adore the ocean views.
Fitness Friday with Jennifer Jones, 8 am – 9 am
Stretch, Cardio, Physical Activity, Movement. This class is inspired by international movements of functional exercises, Bajan music and Barbadian culture. The Fitness Party is where we stay true to exercise in a fun outdoor ocean view atmosphere perfect for the entire family to enjoy!
