Bubbles Brunch

For those seeking a more indulgent experience, our Bubbles Brunch at Taboras is celebration of culinary excellence. Offered monthly, this brunch pairs delectable dishes with the finest champagne, creating an atmosphere of festive indulgence.  Live cooking stations add an element of excitement, allowing guests to interact with our skilled chefs. Enjoy brunch classics like Belgian pecan waffles & buttermilk fried chicken or salmon gravlax and more.

    Summer is in full swing and we've got a full line-up of exciting activities for our littlest guests, happening daily through August 18th. From arts & crafts, to cupcake decorating, outdoor games, sandcastle building and more, there's plenty of fun in store for kids this summer at Fairmont Royal Pavilion.

  • Botanical Tours

    Time: Every Wednesday, 10am - 11:30am

    Guests are invited to explore the resort's exquisite gardens, designed by renowned landscape architect, Fernando Tabora. Much of the greenery and tropical buds offer shading, creating a feeling of privacy amongst the intimate courtyards, water features and larger public areas, many of which overlook the Caribbean Sea. Discover the natural beauty of our gardens on our weekly botanical tour.

  • Manager's Cocktail Party

    Time: Every Wednesday, 6:30-7:30pm   

    Join us every Wednesday for our Manager's Cocktail Party at the Palm Terrace Bar. Chat with our General Manager and other guests as you enjoy an hour of entertainment, a glass of wine or cold beer and delectable canapés.
