Great hotel with a beautiful view and everything we needed!

The first night i could not sleep- due to the Noice due to the construction- I also believe that the bedroom wall is behind the elevators and that was also another Noice that as loud as the construction Noice. I think that the hotel should let guest know in advance at booking that they are to expect Noice because of construction due to renovations.
This was a work trip. The construction was bothersome. Great location.

The hotel was very nice, great location. The only issue I had was at check-in. I got to the hotel and checked in for a work trip. The front desk associate was nice, checked me into my room, as it was ready. I went to the room and opened the door and the cleaning staff was still in there and told me the room was NOT ready and to come back later. I went downstairs and ate in the hotel restaurant and headed back up to the room about 45 minutes later, maybe an hour. When I went in the room, it looked like it had been cleaned and was ready. About 15 minutes later - after I had changed into loungewear - I heard something at the door, like someone trying to open the door. I quickly went to the door and at that time it opened and it was another man with key cards, checking into my same room. He told me the front desk just gave him the keys and it was supposed to be his room as well. I called downstairs to check and they told me they would call me back, as it did not look like I was in the right room. About 15 minutes later another hotel employee came to the room and walked me down to another room about 4 doors down. After that, everything was fine, but I was very startled and frustrated during that ordeal. Other than that, the hotel was fine.
Easy, pleasant, fast check in even though it was VERY BUSY! Clean room, brilliant view, quiet, calm. Great location.
This hotel is high quality with excellent staff. We had a lovely time during our stay.

I was in town for Lollapalooza and stayed at the hotel. The location was perfect and convenient to everything,,,the festival, shopping, restaurants and grocery. The hotel was luxurious, clean, and had great service.
