The key to my room paused a very big problem at around 11:00 pm and it took more than one hour for 3 hotel staff to resolve the problem of the key. It was a very bad experience.

I was in the hotel for a conference that had a break at 11:45 AM. Check out time was noon. The cleaner was outside my door when I was there at 10 AM. I informed her that I would be back to get my belongings right before the noon check out time. I arrived at 11:50- my room was wide open, my bag and belongs were right by the open door and the cleaner was in already working on my room. I was visibly upset and told her that I had let her know I would be back right before noon. It was completely inappropriate and she kept cleaning as I locked myself in the restroom.
Always a pleasure to stay at the Fairmont. 2nd time this year at the Millennium and the staff were amazing both times. Nice rooms great location
