Stayed at Fairmont for a conference and was very impressed. Room was large and had a great view, hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and attentive to my questions. The conference facility was easily accessible and I must note the elevators were quite efficient based on the size of the hotel.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. This was out second time staying their. Very comfortable and accommodating
It is located centrally around great restaurants, and several must see sights, most of which are within walking distance, clean and inviting.
Great room, location, service, and staff were fantastic.
Staff was very flexible by allowing me to check in early. The room was absolutely beautiful and I loved the city views from my room. I did not have any coffee cups I could find to make coffee or tea. The fitness was also nice and clean with updated equipment. Loved seeing a Pelton bike and used it during my stay. I am a big Pelton fan and mostly use it via my cell phone so these stops offer this nice bonus to use an actual Pelton bike. And finally the Columbus Tap restaurant offered great options at a reasonable price with good services.

Very clean and very friendly staff.
I should start by saying that the staff at the front desk are very pleasant, and some of the staff in the restaurant are as well. But that is where it ends for me. This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel and it was again disappointing. The first room that I was put in was so unbelievably dirty. The countertops in the room had not been cleaned they were covered in grease and someone else's food. I tried cleaning it with a towel, and it needed some degreaser. I then tried to stick it out and not complain and when I went to use the bathroom but there was hair in the tub in the bathroom and the underside of the toilet seat was disgustingly dirty. The topper for me was someone else's hair next to the bed on the night table. I called to complain and was switched rooms but honestly the second room was better but still not up to the level that I think the cleanliness should be. I went down to the restaurant area as we were hosting a big group and it smelled like animal poo was on the bottom of your shoe. With limited eating options I also had breakfast there and not surprisingly left there with a horrible stomach virus that lasted two days. Needless to say I will never be back
I was disappointed with the amenities of the hotel, the cleanliness of my room, and the check in process was not great. We arrived after three and one of my rooms was not ready until 430.. no continental breakfast. The one restaurant is over priced.
