Reservations must be made between 25 August and 30 December 2026, inclusive, for stays between 26 August 2026 and 26 February 2027, inclusive. The final departure date is 1 March 2027.
The package is for a minimum consecutive three-night stay in a Fairmont Gold Room. Reservations must be made online at least two days before arrival, and the stay cannot be split.
Fairmont Gold Lounge privileges are available to two adults and one child under 12 throughout the stay. Afternoon tea is served from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, and evening dining is available from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Complimentary pressing is limited to two garments per room and excludes express service surcharges.
The Dragon Phoenix set lunch is designed for two adults and one child under 12 and may be enjoyed once per room during the stay. Additional adults and children aged 12 and above are subject to an extra charge.
Lunch is served from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm and cannot be changed to dinner. The menu is fixed, and individual dishes cannot be substituted. Reservations must be made at least two days in advance. Window seating is not available, and the final venue and seating arrangements are subject to the restaurant’s daily operation.
Shanghai Museum VIP tickets are valid only during the hotel stay. The exhibition is closed on Mondays, and opening hours and admission arrangements are subject to the museum’s operation.
Reservation is not required for the hotel heritage tour. Tour times and language availability are subject to the hotel’s daily operation.
