THE HISTORY

Paying homage to the estate's dramatic history, The Whiskey Library is set in Carton House's original library. Sustaining the room's fundamental essence, The Whiskey Library is a place of quiet reflection. Guests can learn about the drink's dynamic history which, unbeknownst to many, began in Ireland as far back as the 12th-century.
