Please note this is an intimate, full-day, outdoor experience that includes helicopter travel, light walking on uneven terrain, and time spent outside in variable mountain weather. Suitable footwear and layered clothing are required. Dietary needs must be shared in advance. Bookable exclusively by Signature Cabin guests and subject to weather conditions and availability.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
A Foraging Flight is a full-day, small-group experience offered exclusively for Signature Cabin guests through Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Advance reservations are required; a minimum and maximum number of participants may apply.
Helicopter operations and landing locations are subject to weather, visibility, and operational conditions. The experience, route, or timing may be modified, postponed, or cancelled at the operator’s discretion to ensure guest safety. If the helicopter portion cannot operate, Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge will offer alternative arrangements or date options where possible; specific refund and change policies will be provided at the time of booking.
Guests must meet the physical and safety requirements for helicopter travel and light walking on uneven terrain. Appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear are required; a recommended packing list will be shared prior to arrival. Dietary requirements and allergies must be communicated in advance so the culinary team can adjust the menu where feasible.
The foraging component focuses on education and connection to place. All ingredients are harvested in accordance with local regulations, safety guidelines, and cultural considerations, and guests are asked to follow guidance from the Indigenous knowledge keeper and guides at all times. Alcohol, gratuities, and additional services not explicitly included in the package may be subject to extra charges.
