RATE INCLUSIONS:

Rates quoted are in USD, per room per night, on Full Board inclusive of 16% VAT, 10% service charge and 2% Training Levy (Government Taxes might Change without prior notice)

Rates include mandatory conservancy fees per stay giving unlimited access to the animal orphanage and a selection of activities within Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club and Mount Kenya Wildlife Conservancy.

Rates Inclusive of children aged between 0–5 years sharing a room with an adult.

Rates are inclusive of exquisite journeys through our Outdoor Culinary Experiences - Rose Garden Dinner, Breakfast with the Bongos, Island Deck Lunch and Kimani Boma Sundowner.

Rates are inclusive of outdoor activities - Bike Safari, Safari Walk or Horse Riding

Lunch and Dinner meals exclude of drink Kimani Boma Dinner inludes 1 cocktail drink and 1 soft drink and 1 glass of wine (house wine) or beer

SUPPLEMENT CHARGES:

3rd person and children between 6-12 years sharing rooms with Adults can only be accommodated in a Riverside/Garden Suite

Children Policy and Supplements

Children aged between 0 – 5 years sharing a room with an adult stay free

Children between 6-12 years old in their own room (interconnecting with an adult room) pay 75% of the adult double room rate.

Compulsory Child Supplements sharing with an adult: 6 - 12 years - $ 70 per night

Mandatory conservancy fees of USD 15 per child from 6 to 12 years per stay giving unlimited access to the animal orphanage and a selection of activities within Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club and Mount Kenya Wildlife Conservancy.

Single and Third Adult Supplement

Single Room will be charged at 75% of the double room rate

Third Adult (12 years and above ) will be charged the per person sharing rate

Mandatory conservancy fee for 3rd adult in room - USD 35 per adult per stay

Transfers

Flight Transfer from Nairobi – Nanyuki – USD 225 per person (One way) – Availability and rate subject to change without prior notice

Transfer to/from Nanyuki Airstrip – Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club – USD 35 per person

Game drives can be arranged to Ol Pejeta and Samburu as per the below rates (subject to availability)

Ol Pejeta- 275 USD Per vehicle load (7 pax max.)

Full day at Samburu reserve- 455 USD Per vehicle load (7 pax max)
