    Celebrate the arrival of 2027 with an evening of Art Deco glamour at The George, featuring a four-course dining experience, champagne and live entertainment. Second seating includes access to our spectacular countdown party, with live jazz in Olympic Bar as midnight strikes. Savor Maine lobster, grilled beef tenderloin, duck and gold chocolate Pop Rocks gâteau. Elevate the evening with optional wine pairings.
