Celebrate Thanksgiving with a festive Pacific Northwest-inspired four-course feast featuring sourdough, clam chowder, roasted squash and kale salad, your choice of citrus-brined turkey, grilled halibut or butternut squash risotto, and white chocolate pumpkin cheesecake with molasses cookie and cranberries.

Second seating includes access to our spectacular countdown party, with live jazz in Olympic Bar as midnight strikes. Savor Maine lobster, grilled beef tenderloin, duck and gold chocolate Pop Rocks gâteau. Elevate the evening with optional wine pairings.

On New Year’s Eve, Midnight Alchemy takes on a celebratory twist at Founders Club. Enter the candlelit speakeasy for an immersive evening of rare whiskies and theatrical cocktails brought to life with smoke, fire and crystal decanters. Enjoy two signature cocktails, chef-curated gourmet small plates and a welcome glass of Champagne.  The evening also includes access to The Glitter Ball at Olympic Bar, featuring live entertainment, and a midnight countdown to welcome 2027.

As midnight approaches, Olympic Bar transforms into The Glitter Ball—an intimate celebration of live music, Champagne, and after-dark glamour. Dress in silver, metallics, and festive evening attire, then dance into the New Year with live entertainment, a DJ, Martini Bar, and festive cocktails.
